1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop operated by Gary Morin
(SIRET 899 019 764 00013). By placing an order the customer accepts these terms.
2. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed once the customer has submitted the
order and the seller has confirmed it by email.
3. Prices
All prices are final prices in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown
separately before the order is confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment is made by card through Stripe. The seller does not process or store
card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery £4.95, free over £50.00.
Processing 1–2 working days, delivery then usually 3–7 working days.
6. Right to cancel
The statutory 14-day right to cancel applies. Details are set out on
the Right to Cancel page.
7. Faulty goods
Your statutory rights apply. If an item is faulty or damaged in transit,
please tell us by email within a reasonable time.
8. Governing law
French law applies, being the law of the seller’s country. Consumers may
always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.
