concerned. We will reply with the return instructions.

Return costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked service;
the buyer bears the risk until the parcel reaches us.
Condition of the goods
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price within fourteen days of receiving the return, using the same payment
method you used for the order.
